Samsung Leases 357K sq ft Noida Brookfield Floors for Rs 2 cr/Month

Many technology companies around the world have shown keen interest in leasing technology spaces across India, during the second wave of Pandemic (Covid-19). The rumors are around the corner that South Korean electronics giant “Samsung” is now going to set up another benchmark by leasing a wide space for business development at the best technology space in India. The company takes pride in achieving remarkable growth in the technology domain and its success rate is getting higher every year. Keeping this in mind, Samsung has leased a massive space in the technology space at Noida, Delhi/NCR region. Reportedly, the company has signed the deal for leasing business space up to 357,000 sq. ft. for setting up its mobile research and Commercial Projects in Noida. Samsung has leased the business space for the next 10 years at Rs. 278 Crore for 10 years i.e., about Rs. 2 Crore per month. It is a good step taken by the brand to grow business and increase its sales by setting up new ventures at the best technology spaces in Delhi/NCR.  

Office space in Noida

Samsung has rented 10 floors in the 11-floor building, located at sector-135, Noida. The building is owned by Canada’s Brookfield. The lease time is about 10 years that is good enough to set up a business and grow well in the competitive technology industry. The company has signed the lease contract with the building owner that will facilitate the brand to pay the rent of Rs. 1.94 Cr for the first three years. Hence, it will give 15 % escalation every three years. But the market experts predict that the deal will rise at Rs. 55 per sq. ft. every month. All in all, the company is signing the deal for leasing business Office Space in Noida Extension at the right time that will benefit them in near future.  

According to the recent data collected by the property data analytics firm “CRE Matrix”, Samsung has already booked the business spaces by paying a security deposit of Rs. 17.53 Crore. The deal has also included the reservation for a wide car parking space having the capacity of staying 500+ cars and bikes at a time. Hence, the giant has occupied a massive space for the business setup that will allow it to show its esteem to the competitors in the industry. 

Research and Development Centre in Noida

The brand aims to launch a well-versed mobile research and development (R&D) centre in Noida that will work for developing new-edge technology handsets its related designs, models, and technical services as well. The company wants to rule in the mobile industry in the coming years and let its customers enjoy the latest technology features in the upcoming same models. With lots of positives, the brand is going to start its R&D venture in Noida that will also be a good opportunity for technology freaks to join the venture too.  

Business Space in  Sector-135 Noida

Over the years, Samsung has already been leased huge business technology spaces in other parts of the country including Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Gurugram, and the other parts of NCR (National Capital Region). Hence, the giant is leading from the front and has again leased a wide Business Space in Noida, Sector-135, a technology spot in the city.  

Samsung has been setting the example by leasing wide spaces for its new ventures across India. The statement gets justified when Samsung has rented 350,000 sq. ft. of property in DLF’s Two Horizon Centre, for setting it headquarter in 2016. It is the testimony of the company’s expansion and success rate in India, which inspires many technology freaks in the country as well as worldwide to be a part of the Samsung family. 

The building owner Brookfield is also contended to have business engagement with Samsung for leasing its property for the long term and invest in the country.
