Office space leasing Demand in Delhi-NCR jumps 2 Times record 10.82 mn sq ft in 2019

New Delhi: There is a very good news for Noida & Greater Noida that the Net leasing demand of office space jumped over two times to record 10.82 million sq ft in 2019 year in the national capital region specially in Noida, driven by new supply and rising demand for quality workspace from corporates, because the demand of Co-work space is also very rise in noida Expressway. And many new commercial office space in noida expressway is getting ready for the co-work space.

There was the last record a net office space leasing of 5.31 million sq ft during 2018 but this year the demand of the office space is boost by approx double from last year demand of Office Space in Noida. Here the demand of new supply of office space also surged more then 2 times this year in Delhi NCR, to 13.39 Milion Sqft which was only 5.43 million sqft last year.

The demand of office space which touched 10.82 million sq fit which is all time in 2019. The momentum was drivin by IT/Ites healthcare, researches and manufacturing Segments.

Co-working space in noida is also on all time high demand in Delhi & NCR area as many of the co-working companies is also planing to create the Co-Wrok Space in Noida so that they can catch the requirement of the co-work space.

The consultant said that supply of office space increased 2.5 times on the back of some large projects getting completed such as Assotech Business Cresterra, Bhutani Alphathum Noida, Urbtech Trade Centre Sector 132 Noida & many other projects. Assotech Business Cresterra Is the Largest Campus of It area in sector 135 Noida Which has delivered approx 1.2 Million sq ft area and many big It companies like BIRLA-SOFT, INDIA MART & Metlife has come to this campus.
